21-person team, including 15 production staff. More than 1,000 m² of verified operating space. 300 m² warehouse space.
We support independent sample development and a production workflow covering key stages from weaving through packaging.

From Material Handling to Packing

Weaving
In-house weaving supports the early-stage construction of selected hat styles.

Hat shaping is completed in our own production workflow.

Decoration
Bands, ribbons and related decoration details are handled according to confirmed requirements.

Packaging is arranged in-house according to the confirmed product and delivery plan.

Production Equipment
Our factory has 37 production machines. The verified equipment composition includes:
- 30 sewing machines
- 3 hat pressing machines
- 3 post-bed sewing machines
- 1 thread trimming machine
Sample Development
From Reference to Sample
Sample development normally takes 7–10 working days, depending on the style and customization requirements. Simple reference samples may be completed sooner.
Samples are developed according to the selected style, reference sample, artwork and customization details.
Quality Control
Inspection Before Packing
In-process self-inspection is combined with final sampling inspection before packing.
Third-party testing can be arranged for selected products according to customer and market requirements. Testing scope, laboratory, sample preparation, cost and timing are confirmed for each project.
Warehouse & Packaging
Storage and Delivery Preparation
300 m² warehouse space. Packaging and delivery arrangements are confirmed according to the product, quantity and delivery plan.

Our factory profile is supported by an Alibaba 1688 Deep Verification Report conducted by Intertek.
The report reviews factory and business information based on documents and on-site information provided during the verification process.
